To gain 2 pounds of God knows what after a week of insane (literally Insanity) training and clean eating is a BITTTTTCHHHHHH! Thank God I’ve been in the fitblr community long enough to know it’s not fat. Our bodies are a wonderland, ups and downs, it doesn’t cease to amaze us.
